By accessing or using VexoCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Service Status

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VexoCloud. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement
• You are not located in a country subject to US government embargo
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Terms

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 License to VexoCloud

By posting content, you grant VexoCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

4.2 Public Content

If you choose to make content public (like roadmaps), you grant others permission to view that content. You can change visibility settings at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VexoCloud for:

• Illegal purposes or promoting illegal activities
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to bypass our security measures
• Collecting user information without consent
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

6. Intellectual Property

The VexoCloud name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

6.1 Copyright Infringement

We respond to clear notices of copyright infringement. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at vexocloud@yahoo.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief

7. Third-Party Links

VexoCloud may contain links to third-party websites (like Buy Me a Coffee). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use VexoCloud immediately ceases
• We may delete your content within 30 days
• Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VEXOCLOUD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding accuracy or reliability

Your use is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet your requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or secure
• Any errors will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEXOCLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages from service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (if any).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VexoCloud harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or conduct

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. You agree to waive class action rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
